Worship Updates

Worship Sunday, October 17– “Out of the Whirlwind” After days of anguish and crying out to God for justice and a fair hearing of his complaints, Job finally gets a response from God “out of the whirlwind.” Does God answer Job’s questions about suffering? Not really. But God makes the point that as the Creator of all things, God is in control and we are in good hands.

October Worship Series: Born to Trouble The human condition seems rife with difficulty from birth to death. We are, “born to trouble as the sparks fly upward” (Job 5:7).  We especially feel that trouble in the midst of a worldwide pandemic! Where do we find hope in a world of suffering? Join us for our worship series “Born to Trouble” based on the Book of Job from Sunday, October 3 to October 24.
